Pop sensation Dua Lipa, 29, gave fans a peek into her intense pre-show routine on Saturday, sharing a video of herself mastering a handstand ahead of her second sold-out performance at London’s Wembley Stadium. The clip, posted to her Instagram Story, featured the singer in a sporty ensemble—a fitted sports bra and leggings—effortlessly flipping into a handstand and highlighting her athleticism.

The Grammy winner’s backstage workout came just hours after an emotional debut at the iconic venue on Friday night, where she performed for 70,000 fans. Overwhelmed by the moment, Dua tearfully thanked the crowd, calling the experience “surreal.”

Her high-energy setlist included hits like Levitating, One Kiss, and Training Season, with the star dazzling in a series of eye-catching outfits. She first appeared in a sequined bodysuit paired with fishnet stockings, later changing into a sheer blue gown with a thigh-high slit.

The evening’s biggest surprise came when Dua welcomed 90s icon Jamiroquai (Jay Kay) to the stage. Introducing him as a major inspiration, she praised his trailblazing career before the duo performed together. Fans erupted as the Virtual Insanity singer joined her for a collaboration, marking a standout moment of the night.

Support acts Dove Cameron and Alessi Rose warmed up the crowd, with Cameron’s electropop tracks and Rose’s soulful vocals setting the tone for the evening.

Dua’s Wembley shows are part of her global Radical Optimism tour, which has drawn praise for its vibrant choreography and retro-futuristic visuals. The singer’s connection with her audience was palpable, as she paused between songs to reflect on her journey from small gigs to headlining stadiums. “This is a dream I’ve had since I was a little girl,” she told the crowd.
