"Forbidden Scripture Reveals Untold Truth of Noah’s Great Flood"

Ancient “Book of Jubilees” Challenges Traditional Bible Story of Noah’s Flood

A 2,100-year-old text excluded from the Bible—the Book of Jubilees—offers a provocative alternate account of Noah’s Great Flood, centering on supernatural forces rather than human sin. Discovered among the Dead Sea Scrolls in the 1950s, this controversial scripture resurfaced recently on social media, sparking debates about suppressed religious narratives.

The Book of Jubilees was found near the Dead Sea, part of a collection offering alternative biblical accounts.

Watchers, Giants, and Divine Wrath

While Genesis blames the Flood on humanity’s corruption, Jubilees claims it was triggered by fallen angels called “Watchers” who mated with humans, producing violent giants. These offspring spread chaos through cannibalism, bloodshed, and sin, corrupting all life on Earth. God unleashed the Flood to purge this evil, stating, “He destroyed everything because of the wickedness of their deeds” (Jubilees 10:25).

Jubilees describes giants as offspring of angels and humans, whose violence led to the Flood.

Why Was Jubilees Excluded?

The text, allegedly dictated by angels to Moses on Mount Sinai, was rejected by Jewish and Christian leaders for its supernatural focus and lack of apostolic authorship. Scholar Nick Di Fabio, whose post about Jubilees went viral, notes its “celestial authorship threatened religious authorities.” It expands on Genesis with precise timelines—for example, placing Eve in the Garden of Eden on the “eighth day”—and details Moses receiving hidden histories alongside the Ten Commandments.

The Flood’s Aftermath

Jubilees claims the Flood lasted 150 days, submerging mountains by 15 cubits. While most giants perished, their spirits became demons. God imprisoned 90% of these entities but allowed some to remain under Satan’s control to tempt humans—a narrative diverging sharply from traditional theology.

Linked to Other Forbidden Texts

Jubilees isn’t the only excluded text challenging biblical norms. The Testament of Solomon, written between the 1st and 5th centuries AD, depicts King Solomon battling demons using a magic ring from the Archangel Michael. Though dismissed for its focus on magic, a 1,600-year-old amulet found in Turkey in 2024 supports its themes. The artifact shows Solomon vanquishing a demon with the inscription, “Our Lord defeated the devil,” alongside names of archangels.

Why These Stories Matter

These texts reveal ancient beliefs in supernatural conflicts shaping human history. While rejected by mainstream faiths, they highlight how early Christians and Jews grappled with concepts of evil, divine justice, and celestial interference. Jubilees, in particular, reimagines the Flood as a war against demonic forces—a stark contrast to Genesis’ emphasis on human accountability.

Though absent from modern Bibles, such writings continue to fascinate scholars and believers, offering glimpses into the diverse theological landscape of the ancient world.
