Football legends and celebrities will take the field at Birmingham City’s St Andrew’s stadium on October 11 for Game4theChildren, a charity match raising funds to support homeless youth in the UK. Organized by Legends (creators of Game4Grenfell and Game4Ukraine), the event will feature stars like four-time Champions League winner Clarence Seedorf, Arsenal "Invincible" Jens Lehmann, and ex-Premier League players Gael Clichy, Des Walker, and Louis Saha. They’ll be joined by Peaky Blinders actor Packy Lee and Love Island’s Adam Collard, with more names to be announced.
Proceeds will benefit Shelter—a leading homelessness charity—and the Birmingham City Foundation, targeting aid for the nearly 170,000 children in England currently homeless or in temporary housing. Shelter warns this number could surpass 200,000 by 2029 without intervention.

Seedorf emphasized the event’s mission: “Sport is a catalyst for a more inclusive, equitable society. Initiatives like this are vital, and I’m proud to contribute.” Birmingham CEO Jeremy Dale called it “one of the most important games ever held here,” stressing the power of football to drive social change.
The match builds on Knighthead-owned Birmingham City’s community efforts, with NFL legend Tom Brady as a minority owner. Dale added, “This isn’t just a game—it’s about transforming lives.”
Tickets start at £10 for juniors, with hospitality packages available. Fans worldwide can watch via live broadcast.
