Kimberley Garner, 34, radiated summer charm during a sweet meet-up with artist friend Bella Franks and her newborn baby in London’s Notting Hill on Friday. The Made in Chelsea star turned heads in a chic blue frilled mini dress with a plunging neckline and backless design, paired with flat blue shoes and a white handbag.

After browsing at luxury boutique Love Shack Fancy, Kimberley joined Bella for an alfresco lunch. Bella pushed her son Wolf in a pram as the pair caught up, with Kimberley snapping photos of the baby to commemorate the occasion.

The outing comes amid a joyful period for Kimberley, who recently confirmed her romance with William Claeyssens de Tena, 30. The pair made their public debut at November’s Chain of Hope Gala Ball, with Kimberley telling The Mail on Sunday, “We met through friends… this is our second date.” William, who splits his time between Marbella and London, enjoys sailing and high-society events like the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

This new relationship follows her split from financier Andreas Anthis in April 2024, which she called the “right decision.” Prior to that, she dated Made in Chelsea co-star Richard Dinan.

Kimberley has also embraced a fresh start in her living arrangements, purchasing a Belgravia home after listing her Miami beach property. “I’m excited to be back in the UK—British culture is fabulous,” she shared, dismissing ties to the U.S. presidential race.
